Playing Cass, the lead in the newly written musical Flower Cutters and being selected and Directed by award winning international Theatre Director, Bruce Guthrie has been the highlight of my career so far.  It was the final show for my Music Theatre degree at UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire). It was a big challenge and step for me, being on stage 95% of the show time, but I loved every minute of both the rehearsal time and performances. I learnt so much from the Director and writers and I can’t wait to do it again.

We are now busy rehearsing for our 3rd year show Flower Cutters which is running from Wednesday 10th to Saturday 13th April.  I’ve been fortunate to have been cast as the female lead Cass and will be performing Wednesday 10th April at 7.30pm, Friday 12th April at 7.30pm and Saturday 13th April at 2.30pm at St Peters (Church) Art Centre in Preston.  Tickets are now on sale and full details of the show can be found here.

In May 2017, I was delighted to have performed as one of the lead roles of Eve in the musical Children of Eden for the first years major show at UCLAN, where I am studying for a Music Theatre degree. It was such a privilege to play the main female role. Lots of challenging songs including ‘Spark of Creation’ which will be a major audition song for me in the future I’m sure!
